Bert Molner - Consultant

Bert Molner wrote the book on marketing and customer service – literally.  Author of “Leap Over Competition – with a single idea!” Bert draws from 15 years of experience in the corporate board room of two Fortune 500 companies, and 8 years as a nationally recognized financial advisor. When he changed careers to become a financial advisor, he started an office from scratch in a little town of 1,300 people. Everyone said he would starve to death. Three years later, he was Ranked #1 in the World, out of almost 12,000 financial advisors, for new firm growth. And this was in Elkhart county Indiana, ground zero of the economic crisis where Obama made his first visit as President. Bert coaches an Advanced Master Mind Group for executive leadership, as well as a Chairman’s Council of CEO’s once a month.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Building Construction Mgt. & Architecture, Bert approaches business development from the core of a strong foundation before blue printing the details. Top 5% College Students of America awards - back to back. Additionally attended the College of Financial Planning – Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Bert is the youngest of 11 children, which is what he credits for his DNA of competitiveness. Bert is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist, Bert volunteers his time at a Christian youth ranch. He enjoys flying, boating, is a published gourmet chef and award winning photographer.

Kristin Jackson - Publicist

Kristin, a native of North Carolina, has been a Hawaii resident for over twenty years. Kristin has a varied background, offering full-service marketing, advertising and public relations consulting to a wide-range of clients in the retail, commercial and entertainment industries. As owner of Jackson INK, she has represented prominent non-profit organizations, the famed television show, Baywatch Hawaii, Morimoto Waikiki and most recently as the Unit Publicist for ABC Studios and their popular television shows, LOST, Off the Map and Last Resort. Kristin is proud to also represent talented musicians, local independent filmmakers and performing arts groups in Honolulu. Current clients include Blue Note Hawaii, Broadway In Hawaii, Rainbow Organics, Hawaii Symphony, Hawaii Theatre, Honolulu Club, IONA Contemporary Dance Theatre, Island Film Group, Morimoto Maui and the Manoa Valley Theatre.

As a strategic wordsmith, Tamara creates scripts for companies, solopreneurs/entrepreneurs and authors/speakers to support the most predictable and productive outcome of every event, taking business and projects across boundaries into opportunity. Wearing many hats, Tamara brings experience from multiple industries and disciplines. This inspires inventive and innovative ideas for your project.

Tamara is an award winning (Clio, ADDY, EFFIE, Creative Excellence) marketing, branding, and advertising executive. She has a talent for developing brands, image, and core propositions to reflect the depth of a business intention. Tamara has managed budgets for multi-million dollar brands. Her efforts in advertising included account management for Mattel, Firestone, overseeing production of commercials in the U.S. and Canada. She has been creating stories for companies across industries. Tamara is a prolific writer. 

From concept development, to reframing the situation for optimal perspective, Tamara writes the most compelling script to get required results. Tamara is adept at taking assertions that are full of mean and turning them into conversations that are meaningful.

Tamara cut her teeth in the world of David Oglvvy. O&M advertising where she honed the skill to create a buzz while creating award winning work for Mattel. She also hung her hat at BBDO and Sheggeby Advertising. Spent some time in Entertainment. Cable Music Channel — production. Went on to Marketing at Teleflora (a Roll Company). Adding project management, product development, P&L, sales and promotion to the mix alongside advertising to round out her skill set and understanding.

Foxfire Founder, Heather Rausch, can’t remember a time when she wasn’t involved in event creation, planning, management, sales or marketing. Jackie Ulmer - Social Media Strategist

Charles "Chip" Sovek - Sound Engineer

Chip has over 20 years of professional audio experience and has been involved with sound recording and post-production since the early 1990’s.

Chip has been involved in many types of productions throughout his career, however, his focus has always been narrative cinematic and broadcast television work. 

Chip is an award winning sound mixer and sound designer and most recently was awarded a Telly awards (visual arts community) for “The Company Man” - A production created for the FBI which was distributed to upwards of a half million copies to law enforcement officials nationwide.  He’s also won TIVA Peer Awards for outstanding mixing and sound design as routinely mixes for such channels as Discovery networks PBS, A&E Network, National Geographic, Travel Channel and the Smithsonian Channel. Specialties: Sound Design, Sound Mixing, Dialog Editing/Pre-dubbing, Foley performance and recording.

 Chip has been an active member of the regional associations; Virginia Production Alliance, DC Ad Club, Women in Film and Video (WIFV) and the Television, Video, Internet association (TIVA) of DC. 

Chelsea Jacks - Production Assistant

Chelsea Jacks has over 10 years of knowledge in sales, marketing, and business management. Her background of managing a celebrity hair salon and production management has contributed to her expertise of communication, organization, multi-tasking, and anticipating the needs of clients. Work experiences have fostered her skills at marketing planning, social media management, data analysis and evaluation, advertising, and coordinating events. Chelsea's attention-to-details and innovative resourcefulness has resulted in increased annual revenue, brand loyalty, client satisfaction, and drastically reducing operational shrink.

Graduating with a psychology degree at Oakland University has contributed to Chelsea's wide range of practical and professional skills which include conflict management and resolution, fostering interpersonal relationships, loss prevention, and creating marketing methodologies for a targeted audience.

Dale Waldo - Executive Protection Specialist (Archangel Security Consulting, Inc.)

Dale W. Waldo is a retired police officer and security professional who can arrange executive protection, set protection and location scouting services.

Dale not only brings practical front line experience to Archangel Security Consulting, Inc. but he also brings the academic support necessary to adapt to a fast paced, and quickly evolving security landscape. As a patrol and SRT /SWAT officer he gained valuable hands on skills and experience in high stress patrol and special operations. Dale’s transition to BAE systems/Safariland exposed him to the security and special operations strategies from police and military units across the country. He is currently doing his doctoral research in active shooter mitigation and special operations team leadership traits.

Archangel Security Consulting is the culmination of street experience, special operations experience along with marketing and skills training.
